Sunday 10th July. A glorious hot Sunny day, after 1 late cancellation & 1 no show due to a ‘P’, 12 Cyclists left via Kingston Bridge, Bushy Park -just avoiding the ‘Fun-run’-, Hampton, Hanworth, Feltham, Bedfont, Stanwell & the much improved Cycle track, Stanwell moor, Poyle, Harmondsworth Moor, to Harmondsworth for lunch at the Crown, -and who had beaten us to lunch, some of the ‘Souwesters, also wanting to visit ‘the Great Barn‘-, which we did shortly afterwards, then Sipson, Harlington, Grand union Canal path (Photo), Southall, Norwood Green, to Osterley Park for Tea & Bread pudding, Osterley – with a ‘Mexican stand-off’ among Drivers not willing to cede an inch-, Hounslow, Whitton, Twickenham, Teddington, Hampton Wick, Kingston Bridge to finish back in Kingston. Total 31 Miles, thanks to Chris F for back marking, thanks to Christine for the BP.
