Feeder ride to London Freecycle 2017

Saturday 29th July, a bright Morning saw approx 80 Cyclists leave the Market Place, via Skerne Rd, Kingston gate of Richmond Park, Ham Cross- where a phalanx of Police Motor Bikes were escorting a solitary Car, or where they on a Recce for Sunday’s London Surrey events-, also gathering more Cyclists, (approx 100 in all), White lodge, Roehampton Gate, Barnes, Thames Towpath, Putney Bridge, Bishops Park, Hurlingham, Parsons Green, Eel Brook Common, Brompton Cemetery, South Kensington, Belgravia, Victoria to Buckingham Palace. After enjoying a well earned lunch for the Marshals, and enjoying much of the Freecycle route, with steady Drizzle gradually morphing into proper Rain, 45 Cyclists gathered together on Constitution Hill, via Hyde Park, Kensington Gdns, South Kensington, Brompton Cemetery, Parsons Green, Fulham, Putney Bridge, Thames Towpath, Barnes, Roehampton Gate of Richmond Park, to Kingston Gate, to return to the Market place. Thanks to Steve for Back Marking & Rob for sorting out several Punctures’s and other minor faults, also all the other Marshals, thanks to Jon White for the Photo’s.
