With a rather damp day forecast, not too surprised to have 4 cancellations, but as it turned out, a day to ignore the Forecast, a chilly but otherwise dry day, until very late afternoon, 14 Cyclists left from the Fountain, via Motspur park, Lower Morden, Morden Park, Morden, Mitcham, Pollards hill, Thornton heath, South Norwood, Crystal Palace Park, Penge, Beckenham- joined by 1 more-, Becklenham Place Park, Downham, Chinbrook, Mottingham, to Eltham for lunch at the GPO (aka the old Post Office, Portobello Pubs),- joined by 1 more late arrival (16)-, a bit more Eltham, Kidbrooke, Blackheath, Lewisham, Waterlink way, Brockley, to Peckham Rye Common for Tea & refreshments at the Round Cafe, East Dulwich, Dulwich Park, Brockwell Park (Photo), Tulse Hill, Streatham Hill, Tooting Bec Common, Tooting, Colliers wood, South Wimbledon- now with lighht Drizzle-, Wimbledon Chase, Raynes park, to finish back in New Malden.
