Wednesday 16th September, A mostly bright day, with some threatening clouds, after 1 late cancellation, 1 no show- or not, more later-, 1 surprise guest, 9 Cyclists left via North Kingston, Kingston gate Richmond Park, Roehampton gate, Barnes Common, Putney, Putney Bridge- Subway still closed-, Fulham, Brompton Cemetery, South Kensington- with a short detour due to Roadworks-, Chelsea, Ebury Bridge, to Pimlico for lunch at the White Swan (McMullens), – also joined by 2 more, including the missing starter, leaders confusion!-, Vauxhall Bridge, Oval, Stockwell, Loughborough, Brixton (Photo- David Bowie Lyrics Mural-), Brockwell Park, Tulse Hill, Streatham Hill, to Tooting Bec Common for refreshments, Tooting, Colliers wood, Morden Hall Park, Merton park, Wimbledon Chase, Raynes park, New Malden, Norbiton, to finish back in Kingston.
